To enhance your game-day experience during the 2012 season, the Ole Miss Alumni Association is offering reserved tailgating tent rental and setup.

The tailgating tent rental program will take all the worry out of your tailgating experience by providing a guaranteed reserved, premium tailgating location, complete with tent, table and chair rental, all for one convenient season price.

The Stark Family Garden, a green space located at The Inn at Ole Miss between the hotel tower and the swimming pool, will serve as a premium tailgating arena for all home football games. This space is conveniently located near hotel rooms, restrooms and the Grove. The Alumni Association will provide one 10’ x 10’ tent, eight plastic folding chairs and one 8’ table for each group. The Association will also be responsible for storage, set-up and take down of the furnished tailgating items.

This exclusive offer is limited to 10 spaces, which will be sold and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Each tailgating space can be reserved with a tax-deductible gift of $1,500 to cover all seven games of the home football season. Though spaces will not be allocated for individual games, the per-game cost for complete tent rental, setup and breakdown equates to just over $214 per game.

Tents will be set up and taken down on game days, with specific times determined by kickoff times. The university’s rules, as they apply to tailgating in the Grove, will be applicable to this space.
